Established in 1986 by the current Managing Director, Philip Green, Programmed Cleaning & Support Services has built a strong reputation among clients who have come to rely on its dedication and commitment to service standards.

The business has developed into a substantial and successful company grown largely through servicing customer requirements for blue chip and private companies alike, whilst maintaining a focus and commitment to the highest standards. We employ over 250 staff and manage cleaning contracts at over 110 buildings, mainly focused around the South East of England.

Working Solutions
Our contract management teams ensure that we work in partnership with every client to provide a service based upon detailed knowledge of customer requirements and their benchmarking (KPI) programmes.

The Contract Manager will discuss day to day requirements, but equally important, work to identify reactive jobs and manage them for the client, leaving them with peace of mind in knowing it’s all taken care of.

This is all part of the Programmed Cleaning “One Stop” approach, which has made life so much easier for many of our clients to manage their buildings.

Programmed Cleaning and Support Services is able to offer the personal touch and commitment generally associated with smaller organisations, but with the additional ability to deliver the range of services that only a national company can provide.
