Thrive Homes Limited
PCSS have announced that they have agreed a cleaning & support services contract
with Thrive Homes for their new head office building on the Croxley Green Business
Park. Thrive have recently fitted out and occupied a suite comprising a third of
the ground floor and PCSS have assisted with the initial occupancy clean and provision
of entrance matting. The contract will be provided by way of a daily cleaning solution
with additional services being provided as necessary.

Vocalink
Following extensive negotiations, PCSS have confirmed that they have secured an
extension of their current contract with Vocalink to provide cleaning & support
services for their offices in the North. PCSS undertook an initial deep clean of
all three buildings over the bank holiday weekend. The new contract work will require
cleaning & support services to three substantial office buildings, including the provision of consumables.

Hightown Praetorian & Churches Housing Association
PCSS have agreed an initial 3-year contract to provide cleaning & support services
for HPCHA’s head office in Hemel Hempstead and their office in St Albans, including
the provision of all consumables and dispensers.

ISO 9001:2000 (2008)
PCSS has been awarded ISO 9001:2000 certification by QMS as part of the company’s
continued growth and commitment to quality and drive to maintain professional standards
and efficiency. The accreditation has been achieved following extensive review of
procedures and documentation to underpin their commitment to quality and delivery
of a wide range of services to the highest standards.

Sanyo Europe Ltd
PCSS have won the cleaning & support services contract from MITE for Sanyo Europe’s
offices in Colonial Way, Watford. The contract includes daily and periodic cleaning
of the office facilities and is initially for 2 years, with the option to be extended.

Parthenon Entertainment
PCSS have agreed a 3-year contract to provide cleaning & support services to Parthenon
Entertainment in Chorleywood Hertfordshire. The scope of the contract was further
extended in January 2009 with the expansion of the office accommodation to include
the adjoining property. PCSS provides a daily cleaning solution, including the supply
of consumables and other facilities related services.

Consort Medical Plc (Bespak)
PCSS have secured another contract in Breakspear Park, Hemel Hempstead, for the
provision of daily cleaning & facilities services, including electrical testing
and recycling of paper, plastic and metal.

CHAS
PCSS has been accredited by the Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS),
a local government sponsored initiative, to acknowledge it meets the requirements
of the scheme. The scheme seeks to ensure accredited companies compliance with basic
Health & Safety law and that they can demonstrate they can adequately manage health
and safety within the working environment.

Following detailed re-assessed, PCSS has been awarded with a renewal certificate
to demonstrate the importance the company places on Health & Safety and its continued
commitment to the professional standards they strive to achieve with all its clients
and further endorses the company’s approach to training and maintaining of a safe
working environment.
SAFEContractor is a Health & Safety accreditation scheme for a contractor
that simplifies the process of demonstrating to clients that they have approved
and accredited health & safety policies and procedures in place.

Following a detailed tender process, PCSS have secured a 3-year agreement to provide
cleaning & support services to BSI at their Maylands Avenue & Finway Road locations in Hemel Hempstead,
together with the provision consumables, periodic works and specialist cleaning
solutions.

Fit for a Prince as Renewable Energy Systems Group Welcomes a Royal Visitor
PCSS provides cleaning & support services to Renewable Energy Systems Ltd (RES Group)
in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire. On Thursday 22nd February, RES Group hosted a visit
by HRH Prince Andrew to see one of the world's leading renewable energy developers
working across the globe to develop, construct and operate projects that contribute
to their goal of a sustainable future. The Prince was visiting the complex in order
to see firsthand, what progress was being made by R.E.S. in the development of renewable
energy solutions across the UK and the world.
PCSS were asked by the directors of R.E.S. to provide additional resources to support
the existing daily cleaning program and add, ‘that special touch’ to the office
environment and ensure the entire complex looked at its very best.
Following the visit, PCSS received a letter from RES to thank them for the “excellent
service and attention to detail” prior to the royal visit.
