Vocalink
Recycling services have now been added to the existing cleaning & support services
contract for
Vocalink in the North of England. The service may be extended to Vocalink’s offices
in the South, if it proves successful and further services may be added in due course.
BCD Travel
PCSS have announced that following a successful tendering program, they have been
awarded the
cleaning & support services contract for FIVE sites for BCD Travel, including three
locations in the City of London and Westminster, Manchester and Hull, starting from
the 1st August.
McGinley Support Services
McGinley Support Services have awarded PCSS the cleaning & support services contract
for
their offices in Clarendon Road, Watford.

ECO-FM have instructed PCSS to source and manage a large shredding project as part
of
the building clearance and refurbishment project for one of their managed sites
in Watford.

Allen Systems Group Inc
PCSS have announced that they have been awarded electrical testing and re-lamping
projects for ASG’s offices in St Albans.
British Film Institute
PCSS have announced that they have been awarded the window cleaning contract for
BFI’s IMAX and Belvedere Road buildings in London. They will also provide reactive
window cleaning when necessary, for events and other buildings.

RealD
PCSS have been awarded the cleaning & support services contract with RealD for
their offices in Breakspear Park, Hemel Hempstead. The contract will be provided
by way of a daily cleaning solution with additional services being provided as necessary.
PCSS now provide a range of cleaning & support services for 80% of the tenants in
the building.
Vocalink
Vocalink have agreed a further extension of the existing cleaning and support services
contract for
their new offices in the City of London, bringing the total portfolio to SIX buildings.
Additional managed services will also include internal window cleaning, carpet cleaning
and hard floor cleaning & maintenance.

Sappi Nash have agreed to extend the existing cleaning & support services contract
with PCSS to
their newly acquired office in Dunstable. The contract will be provided by way of
a daily cleaning solution with additional services being provided as necessary.
Compco Fire Systems Ltd
PCSS have agreed a cleaning & support services contract with Compco Fire Systems
Ltd for
their offices in Kings Langley. The contract will be provided by way of a daily
cleaning solution with additional services being provided as necessary.
Hewitt Associates
PCSS have announced that they have been awarded TWO further cleaning and support
services
contracts for Hewitt’s offices in London and Leeds, bringing the total cleaning
portfolio to FOUR buildings. Additional managed services will also include hygiene
and interior plants and others will be added in due course. The new contracts will
start from January 2010 and run for an initial 2-year period with the option to
extend.

BCD Travel
PCSS have been instructed by BCD Travel to provide a quarterly carpet cleaning program
for
their London head office. Additional services to be added at a later date will include
upholstery cleaning and restoration of leather furniture for their new offices in
the City of London.
Hightown & Praetorian Housing Association
Following on from the award of the exterior landscape contract for HPCHA’s newly
refurbished
head office building last September, PCSS have secured the cleaning & support services
contract. The existing PCSS cleaning staff will move from HPCHA’s old offices and
transfer to the new office with the additional staff being recruited and the introduction
of day janitorial and handyperson services.

Hewitt Associates
The existing cleaning, support services & managed services agreement with Hewitt
Associates has
been extended to include Confidential Destruction for all of their SEVEN sites in
the UK. Additional managed services already include cleaning, hygiene, dust mats,
slate floor maintenance, waste, recycling, exterior landscape and interior plants
for several of their sites.

PCSS have announced that they have agreed a cleaning & support services contract
with
Arnold Fisher Ltd for their offices in Clarendon Road, Watford. The contract will
involve daily cleaning and additional services being provided as necessary.

PCSS have
been awarded the external landscape contract.

Creative Place has awarded PCSS with the cleaning & support services contract for
their offices on the Croxley Business Park.
Central Loans Ltd
A new cleaning & support services contract has been agreed with Central Loans Ltd
for
their offices in Clarendon Road, Watford. The contract will be provided by way of
a daily cleaning solution with additional services being provided as necessary.
SAFEcontractor
PCSS has been re-accredited by SAFEcontractor for another year to reaffirm
their commitment to Health & Safety. This also demonstrates Programmed Cleaning's
continued ability to maintain its processes and procedures towards Health & Safety
compliance.

CHAS have confirmed re-accredited of the Contractors Health & Safety Assessment
Scheme
(CHAS) for 2009. This demonstrates that PCSS continue to comply with Health & Safety
law and that they can demonstrate their management of health and safety within the
working environment.
